Clydesdale Cricket Club is recruiting a Club Development Officer and are 're' advertising, and are open to the possibility of a job share option.

This post, supported by sportscotland, will deliver quality extra-curricular coaching sessions, will build the important link between schools and Clydesdale Cricket Club and will play a key role in the on-going development of Clydesdale Cricket Club.   A key to this role is generating interest in the sport and recruiting young people, particularly of primary school age, into long term participation in a safe and nurturing environment.

 

Post details

  • The total duration of the post is 900 hours per year.
  • Salary value: £9000 per annum (pro rata).
  • The job is open to a job-share or job-split.
  • The post will initially be for two years, with the possibility of being extended further. 
  • Clydesdale Cricket Club will be employing the successful candidate(s).

If you think that you are a person who can enthuse and motivate children and young people to play cricket and join their local club, and that you have the skills to be able to help Glasgow’s second oldest surviving sports club to continue its development, then this post is perfect for you.
