Youth Coaches (Cricket Wellington Kilbirnie Sports Junior and Future Blaze Academies).

Cricket Wellington are seeking expressions of interest from coaches who would like to volunteer and get involved with the delivery of each Academy (Under 13, Under 15 & Under 18) on either a full academy or individual session basis. Cricket Wellington Coaching Director Mark Borthwick will be available to mentor coaches in a chance to really develop coaching competencies and coaching practices to the next level.

Throughout the year there are plenty of opportunities to participate within the Coaching Pathway through school, club and regional teams. The Academies signal the beginning of the girls Youth season and with an increased playing programme from softball to hardball competitions, there is plenty of opportunity for coaches to get involved and develop young players to the next level.
