Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) is the World’s premier Cricket Club, based at Lord’s - The Home of Cricket.

The Club’s Retail Department looks to employ the very best – IS THAT YOU?

We are seeking a full time Retail & Administration Assistant to join the high performing and profitable retail team within its in-ground retail stores at this world famous sporting venue.

The role has two core functions:

1. To assist with the efficient and profitable customer facing shop-floor operations whilst contributing to the efficient operation of all stockroom functions.

2. To take responsibility for carrying out the back-office stock record maintenance, stock monitoring, stock movement and stock taking administration.

Normal working hours will include shifts between 9:00am – 9:00pm over a seven day trading week. 

Working on all match days is mandatory, therefore, flexibility is essential.

It is preferred that candidates have retail experience or have worked in a customer service role within a sports environment and have knowledge of and/or a strong interest in cricket.  A flexible approach to work content and working hours is required and candidates should be able to demonstrate a confident communication style, an attention to detail, plus excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
