I have bought Ian Pont's book a few years ago, 'The Fast Bowler's Bible'. It is MAGNIFICENT IN HELPING YOU GET FASTER AND MORE EFFICIENT. Being a cricket coach, sport psychology student and fast bowler myself, it has really helped me understand and apply the fundamentals.

If you liked his book don't forget his "How to bowl faster" coaching course.

Manojit Paul Choudhury age 18 will play for kolkata first division league for young bengal club bowls at 150 kmph with swing and bounce. He has been the most succesful player of amarjit sharma u 15 with 29 wickets from 5 matchs in 2008 but then he was out of cricket for a broken finger and now he has come back once again, so we should watch him and hope he fill soon be in team india and solve the problem of fast bowling department.
