Cricket Show 92: The secrets of batting technique

PitchVision Academy Cricket Show

Gary Palmer is the guest on this week’s show as we look at the technique of ailing Englishman Alastair Cook. Find out what Gary’s advice is to the young opener and pick up some of your own tips.

Together we look at all the parts of the batting technique that are important including:

  • Stance
  • Backswing
  • Alignment
  • Head position
  • Back foot position
  • Swing of the bat

And finally Gary goes into great detail on how to practice to improve these elements. So if you are Cooky or just a club player wanting to improve, this is the show for you.
