CricX is now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager.

Requirements of the role:

•     Extensive market knowledge with prior experience in the cricket agency industry required.
•     A substantial network within the industry, both in the UK and Australia, is essential.
•      Experience with visas and immigration for the UK and Australasia is preferred.
•     A playing background in first-class cricket, to enhance the company’s profile, is favorable.
•     Educated to Bachelor’s degree level preferred.
•     Communication, networking, prospecting and closing skills.
•     Experience in relevant business development, contractual evaluation and negotiation skills.
•     Proven ability to set strategies and hit targets.
•     Professionalism, determination and enthusiasm to help drive current and develop new business.
