CRICKET JOBS: Head Womens Coach - NW Sydney Hurricanes (Aus)

Location: Hills District, NSW (Rouse Hill- Bruce Purser, Bella Vista- Bella Vista Oval, Castle Hill- Castle Wood Reserve, Baulkham Hills- Charles Mac)

This is an exciting opportunity for an up and coming coach to lead the program of what will be one of the biggest women’s club in NSW, in one of the most heavily populated areas of Sydney. This will be a rewarding experience, for the right person. He or she will be a good communicator, and be able to focus on development of the skills of female cricketers.

Responsibilities

  •     We are aiming to have up to 4 teams this season
  •     Two 3rd Grade teams
  •     2nd Grade (Subject to CNSW approval)
  •     U15 (Subject to player availability)
  •     U18 (Subject to player availability)
  •     Creation of training plan including preseason, and inseason planning
  •     Head of Selections Committee

Selection Criteria - Essential

  •     Level 1 Coaching Accreditation
  •     Desirable
  •     Level 2 Coaching Accreditation
