Project Support Assistant - Brisbane / Sydney (2 roles)

The Project Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and phone support for a range of projects in the Business Strategy Team.

Good Sports Project Officers

Good Sports Club Representatives o Local community sport networks o Good Sports Community Partners

Responsibilities

 

Administration support of the Good Sports program, Good Sports Connect and Graduate Projects:

Contact club representatives via phone using script provided

Log initial and follow-up phone call outcomes in log (Excel)

Respond to enquiries from clubs (online, email, phone)

Liaise with Project Officers and State/Regional Managers as required

Search for club contacts or through local community networks (Local Government, Leagues and Associations) as required

Provide regular update on phone call and web-search outcomes to Business Strategy Team

Other duties as required to assist Program Development team

Website and database data entry:

Conduct web-based searches for club contact details o Record all club interactions in log (Excel)

Club data administration on program database
