CRICKET JOBS: Retail Administration Assistant - MCC, Lords (UK)

Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) is the World’s premier Cricket Club, based at Lord’s – The Home of Cricket. The Club’s Retail Department is seeking to employ a full time Retail Administration Assistant to join the high performing and profitable retail team within its in-ground retail stores at this world famous sporting venue.

The role has two core functions:

1. To undertake all the support administration duties for the in-ground retail operations and logistical activities relating to our online partner and to support our out of ground trade sales operations.

2. To assist with the efficient and profitable shop-floor operations of the in-ground shops estate whilst assisting with the efficient operation of all stockroom functions.Normal working hours will include shifts between 9.00am – 9.00pm over a seven day trading week.

Working on all match days is mandatory, therefore, flexibility is essential.

It is preferred that candidates have retail experience or have worked in a customer service role within a sports environment and have knowledge of and/or a strong interest in cricket. A flexible approach to work content ad working hours is required and candidates should possess excellent numeracy and literacy expertise as well as strong customer service and communication skills.
