The role:

We are seeking a Cricket & Sales Support Assistant to join our high performing and profitable team at this unique and world famous sporting venue. Primarily a shop floor-based role to assist with the efficient and profitable operation of the Lords Cricket Store and all other in-ground shops as required. Secondly, to provide support to our online partners and to the Club’s Cricket Business Development Manager in developing and developing and delivering for our out-of-ground cricket services and product sales operations.

Required skills and experience:

You are likely to be a current cricket player or someone with significant knowledge and interest in the game and have previous retail and/or sales experience – preferably within a sports sales environment. You will be a confident individual with excellent customer service and communication skills are also essential as is proficiency with IT systems.

Normal working hours will include shifts between 9:00am – 9:00pm over seven days – working on all match days is mandatory, therefore flexibility is essential.
