CRICKET JOBS: Senior Operations Manager - Cricket Scotland

Following the retirement of Euan McIntyre, Cricket Scotland are seeking an experienced cricket administrator to drive forward all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the busy Cricket Scotland office. 

The successful applicant will lead the operations team, currently comprising 2.5FTE staff.  The remit includes the organisation of all Cricket Scotland’s representative matches from senior ODI’s to our under 15 side as well as day to day management of all training requirements. 
 
This role includes the delivery of all logistic issues both home and abroad for the senior Scottish team, including preparations for the 2015 Cricket World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. 
 
With Scotland acting as joint host for the 2015 World T20 Qualifier, the post holder will play an integral part in ensuring this event is delivered successfully and to a high operational level. 
 
As part of the management team, the post holder will play a key lead role in continually improving processes and practice within Cricket Scotland and ensuring we continue to be one of the leading Associate members of the ICC. 
 
A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.  Closing date for the post is Monday 7th April 2014 with interviews to be held in the week of 14 April.
