Stoneywood Dyce Cricket Club has an enviable record of producing cricketers capable of playing at the highest levels of the game. We are looking to appoint a Club Talent Development Officer to sustain this level of achievement by creating, implementing and maintaining a talent environment and providing targeted coaching to allow players to achieve their potential.  

The successful candidate should have at least a level 3 ECB Coaching Qualification or equivalent and be capable of delivering both Club and Personal Development Plans as well as coaching, monitoring and evaluating progress.

A job description and person specification are attached. The post is initially a part-time post with a zero hours contract been offered.
