• Have experience of cricket coaching
• Have the ability to deliver high quality sessions via learning through games and net sessions
• Have knowledge of the ECB Guidelines and regulations 
• Have a knowledge and understanding of behaviour management 
• Have a knowledge of child protection and heath and safety

• Possess a minimum of Level 2 ECB Coaching qualification 
• First Aid qualification
• Child protection qualification
• A member of the ECBCA

• Sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. 
• Driving licence and access to own mode of transport
• This job is subject to receipt of an enhanced CRB disclosure and references
• Payments will depend on level of Qualification (ECB Pay suggestions) 
• Level 2 £12.50 ph
• Level 3 £15 ph

• Compulsory in-house training
• Regular performance reviews
