Workout Schedule of a 17 year old, just starting cricket

Well, to introduce myself, I'm Chamila Kannangara. As of now I'm 17 years old. I originally came from Sri Lanka and moved to the US in February of 2002. I took great interest in cricket right after the 2007 World Cup in which Sri Lanka went to the final but lost. My opinion is that the final should never have been played on that day. I have many more complaints about that match, but of course, what's done is done. Anyways, to get back to introducing myself, I took interest in cricket, more specifically fast bowling after I had seen Lasith Malinga bowl.
After following every single detail of the 2007 World Cup, I began to do an immense amount of research on cricket, and I mean it. My school grades fell to nearly nothing. I'm not joking here, I had no A's at all, like I usually have, instead I had 1 F, 1 D-, 2 C's, and 1 B. That is how much time I devoted to cricket. Nearly half of every day I spent near the computer doing research, watching videos, and reading articles. I now know cricket inside out. I had done all this research during the Summer of 2007 (USA summer) and then when I felt like I should try my hand at actually playing cricket I joined MCA (Michigan Cricket Academy), where I met coach Vasanth Krishnaswami, who took a look at me and told me I should come regularly. On that first day I went, he asked me what I wanted to do in cricket, and I told him that I wanted to become a fast bowler. So, to test me out, he gave me a hard tennis ball and told me to bowl to a couple of kids that were batting at the time. The first bowl I bowled, I got him bowled, the next bowl, I hit him in the crotch, then the third ball I hit the stumps once more (the first batsman was gone by then, i saw him on the side), then my fourth ball hit the second batsman in the crotch as well, both the 5th and 6th balls missed the off stump by a hair. And that is how my love and desire to be a truly fast, fast bowler began.
As of now, I am working on a work-out program to build general strength, and more importantly building my core strength. If my dad permits me, I will go to Sri Lanka in 2008 and get a private coach to see whether I have a shot at professional cricket.
Anyways, to my work-out log now. This is actually a really basic work-out program that I'm doing, since I just started, but I will intensify it as time goes on.
First of all, I do at least 30 min.'s of cardio every single day, and I try to either walk at 4 mph, or do a light jog at 6 mph on the treadmill. but on 4 days of the week, I work on a strength program. Here it is . . .

Days 1 and 3
4 sets of squats reps of 10, 8, 6, and 4
4 sets of lunges reps of 8
4 sets of bent-over barbell rows reps of 8, 8, and 6, 6
4 sets of seated cable rows reps of 8, 8, and 6, 6
4 sets of reverse curls reps of 8
4 sets of wrist curls reps of 8
and
lastly
3 sets of calf raises reps of 20

Days 2 and 4
5 sets of barbell military press reps of 8
3 sets of upright rows reps of 8
3 sets of standing flyes reps of 8
4 sets of close grip bench sets of 8, 6, 4 and 2
4 sets of triceps push downs reps of 8
then I do two sets of different rotator cuff work, ask me for info if u need it.

Then of course, I have changed my whole diet
I now eat, 6 meals a day, at 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm, 4 pm, 7pm, and a little something at 10pm. I eat 1 cup of mixed vegetables per meal and 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning, no sugars or anything added, and of course, I drink about 2 gallons of water a day.

By the way, I forgot to mention that before I begin lifting, I do about a set of Tailbone Lifts, Oblique Crunches, and Standard Crunches, at 25 reps of each. This serves both as a core workout, and a little warm-up stretch.
Don't forget to stretch out after working out or doing any weights, this will lower your soreness the next day.
I forgot to stretch on last Sunday, and I could barely move on Monday morning. This is probably because I had just started doing weights on Saturday, but it helps to stretch out after doing a bit of weights.
