Coaching Philosophy

The science of cricket is forever changing and the one who thinks laterally first will dominate the sport for years to come. I believe in utilizing the latest scientific research and technology to improve ones performance. In addition,  the development of the complete professional cricketer requires a very holistic approach. My philosophy is to leave no stone unturned in the strive for perfection. As O.W. Holmes once said,  "The greatest thing on earth is not so much where we are,  but in what direction we are moving."
