This role is pivotal to enable Oxfordshire Cricket to work within the Game Wide Strategy, ‘Cricket Unleashed’, specifically under ‘More Play’, ‘Good Governance and Social Responsibility’ and ‘Strong Finance and Operations’. Participation and Growth development within Cricket will be a real focus for everyone involved in the game.

You will be joining and leading a high performing team currently in place, who operate in an entrepreneurial and collaborative way to support and grow the game both locally and regionally. This role will suit a dynamic individual with drive and passion for sport and the benefits it can give to individuals and communities. There is a clear and proven pathway for progression within the Oxfordshire Team and other key cricket development bodies, including the ECB. The post holder will be responsible for leadership of the organisation, both on a day-to-day basis and a significant influence strategically. The post holder will be required to lead the core workforce in their work and development and will influence others to demonstrate ongoing continuous improvement.
