I have been trying to remodel my bowling action as I have got a bad chucking action.
I have been trying to follow the 'Ultimate Pace secrets' By Ian Pont. But have a very basic doubt.
Should I start practicing with the bowl initially itself or go ahead with the four peg drill, then, be familiar with the action by walk through, and then jog through, then complete the action by proper run-up and then start practicing with the ball ?
Or start taking the four peg drill, and start practicing with the ball in hand for the four pegs, even before starting the action in walk through or with runup ?
At the moment I am taking the Four peg drills, and have a doubt on what shoudl be next, should I continue without the ball in hand and reach upto a state where I can complete the action with proper run-up and then start with ball ?
