All bookings by individuals (the Participant) for PitchVision Academy Live! (the Event) are subject to the following terms and conditions. By reserving a place on PitchVision Academy Live! you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. The Participant must be 14 years old or older on the day of the Event. 
  2. The Participant must be in cricket whites for the duration of the Event. Whites will not be provided. 
  3. Participants are responsible for bringing their own personal protective cricket equipment as this will not be provided at the event. It is essential the following protective equipment is brought by the Participant: batting pads, batting gloves, batting helmet and abdominal guard. For safety reasons, Participants without the correct protective equipment will not be permitted to participate. 
  4. Cricket spikes are strictly prohibited at the indoor school. The Participant must wear white soled trainers. 
  5. There will be a short presentation at the conclusion of the Event. Participants are expected to remain for this. 
  6. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment. 
  7. Payments are non-refundable. 
  8. The Event does not include transport or accommodation. The Participant (or their legal Guardian) is solely responsible for these arrangements. 
  9. While vending machines and water fountains are available, the event is not catered. No food or drink will be provided. 
  10. Parking is highly limited at the Event. miSport makes no undertaking that parking will be available on arrival and accepts no responsibility for parking at the Event. 
  11. In the interests of all participants the Event will commence at the scheduled time. Should a registered Participant arrive later than the scheduled start time they may lose their place at the Event. miSport reserves the right to substitute another participant 
  12. miSport can accept no responsibility for any injury to the Participant sustained whilst attending, travelling to or from the Event. 
  13. The Participant shall be liable for any costs incurred in repairing any damage they cause to the premises or contents provided for at the Event. 
  14. Full public liability insurance is provided; however personal accident insurance is not included. Participants (or their legal Guardians) requiring this cover should contact their own insurers. 
  15. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the provision of the facilities detailed, miSport cannot be held responsible for shortcomings or conditions, which may affect the Event and are outside their control. E.g. weather, acts of terrorism, fire, etc. 
  16. These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

All places are limited and subject to availability.
