Cutting-edge cricket technology system, PitchVision, was installed today at the ECB National Cricket Performance Centre at Loughborough University
The centre, which has become known world-wide for adopting the best of new technologies and approaches, chose PitchVision for the systems remarkable flexibility in delivering ball by ball data in all key disciplines of the game – bowling, batting and fielding.
PitchVision is also used for a range of other coaching drills including batting power, batting precision and delivers over 50 other statistics instantly after a ball is delivered
The ECB elite coaching teams are already busy familiarising themselves with the systems features and looking forward to using it alongside other technology at Loughborough. No doubt the new technology will give England an edge and help them obtain their goal of becoming the number 1 team in the world.
