Cricket is a long game with various requirements: explosive power, speed, agility, strength and recovery speed. All of these factors are heavily influenced by what you eat.

Food is fuel and if you fuel your body right it will keep you at the optimum level for playing cricket.

my son is 12yyrs old and plays cricket for state team, he looks lean and due to this he is not looked forward to other players, in actual his game is far superior but he needs to put on weight so that he can look and feel stond, can u suggest a diet for his overall growth, energy and stamina

sir i am left hand opening batsmen i always caught behind by medium pacer and if i had survive them then i alway get out by spinners so sir please tell some batting drill by that i can improve my batting

try to see how international bowlers train especially how do they exercise what they eat and particularly follow the instructions on this website right from the basics ie warming up and stretching and all the BASICS for fast bowling they are the most important thing.rest depends on your desire and practice.all the best

the guy who bowls 130 is very slow for his age, he should be able to bowl 150

I 21 years old and am a left arm medium fast bowler who bowls at around 128 132km/hr. But for the past somedays when i am trying too hard in the nets i am facing a slight pain in my left knee while completing my follow through. Please help because i am a very good athlet who runs very fast but its really hurting me a lot because of my knee problem i am not able to run fast and i am not able to give my 100%.

U should concentrate on muscles! If u have strong muscles means based on u'r bowling status the ball speed is devlopes
