CRICKET JOBS: Purchase Ledger Clerk, Temp - ECB (UK)

Receiving of the purchase invoices, distributing them and processing of these invoices as well as making payments to suppliers. In addition to this may be required to assist with the preparation of variance reports.

Role Context/Organisation Structure
There are twelve people within the Finance department and the success of the department is key to the progression of the business as a whole.  The department works closely with all stakeholders in cricket and has a major influence on decisions that are taken by the Company.
 
Working Relationships          
To work closely with all colleagues within the Finance team and communicate with all of the other departments of the organization, and build good working relationships with key personnel. Will need to have good communications skills to manage external suppliers. 
 
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities – job specific
To ensure that invoices are received logged and forwarded to the correct staff member.
Once the invoices are returned they need to be processed on the Sage accounting system.
Manage the bi-weekly payment runs.
 
Person Specification
Must be proactive, friendly and can work in an open plan office
Minimum requirement is that they have Sage 100 experience and excel intermediate
 
Role Type 
The is a temp (3 months) to perm role
