Job Description Cricket Australia (CA) is one of the nation’s premier sporting bodies and the peak body for cricket in this country, providing a dynamic yet challenging work environment.  Operating within the sports and entertainment industry, CA is responsible for overseeing and promoting cricket on a national level. 

Reporting to the Digital Product & Program Manager the role is accountable for ensuring that Cricket Australia's (CA) digital properties and technology deliver a seamless experience for our fans. The DQA will be accountable for a seamless Digital Live Event experience for our customers across our key customer facing digital products including cricket.com.au and CA Live: The Official App. This will involve managing CA vendors in their support and maintenance process including via a live event conference bridge during all international and selected domestic fixtures throughout the cricket season. Out of season the role will work closely with our Digital Product Producers to plan, develop and execute acceptance testing of changes to existing digital products and delivery of new digital products.  

This is an exciting and important role within Cricket and as such, you must be a tertiary qualified, well-credentialed Product Tester with 5+ years’ experience and a background in online/digital channels.  You come with significant Product Testing experience and operations knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills and importantly, a highly developed commercial acumen. A passion for cricket and knowledge of grass root’s competition management will be favoured.
