Position Vacant: MyCricket Participation Analyst

A unique opportunity exists to join one of Australia's leading sporting organisations on a full-time basis. This newly created position will reside in the Game Department and engage with staff and key stakeholders to lead the engagement and utilisation of Cricket NSW IT systems including MyCricket, theCROWD, Regional Operational Plans and HomeGround. 

 

The Game Development Department is responsible for growing cricket participation and inspiring the next generation of players and fans. The successful candidate will be required to engage a diverse group of stakeholders to raise the profile of the game.

Your role with focus on: 

  • Developing and delivering promotional material and training sessions to increase community awareness and uptake of MyCricket and extended MyCricket functionality 
  • Provide assistance and training to Game Development staff with the utilisation of theCROWD, including School, Club and Coaching data 
  • Identify gaps in existing data sets and develop data collection and management strategies to fill these voids 
  • Train and support the Game Development staff and external stakeholders (i.e. clubs and associations) in the use of all participant data collection, analysis and presentation tools. 
  • Compile the annual cricket census which is the primary measure of cricket participation 
  • Administer the Cricket NSW Registration process in conjunction with key Game Development staff
