The great Des Haynes week continues on PitchVision Academy. In the show this week we interview the great man about his time playing in the outstanding West Indies sides of the 80s and 90s.

Alongside the Lion of Barbados we also find time to chat about scoring 200 in a 50 over game, the coaches’ perspective on the difference between 40 and 50 overs matches and if you really can come up with a mystery ball at club level (hint: you can).

Plus there are questions answered on bowling in duckers and tips on how to improve your cut shot with the man who humbly bills himself as “specialist throwdown expert” Mark Garaway (we all know he’s a million times better than that).
