tell me some technics to be a hitter.

if by hitter you mean someone who plays a shot a ball and trys for boundaries, then i would say that all of the aggressive shots that you see are based on defensive shots, when you learn to defend it is far easier to hit the ball because you are getting in to the correct position to do so
